The Marketing Operations Specialist supports the marketing team to ensure timely, effective and compliant execution of key brand strategies, objectives and activities for the American Regent Animal Health product portfolio. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of high-quality marketing programs and materials, managing project workflows and schedules in partnership with outside agency and/or internal graphic designer.
  • Assist with development and purchase of promotional and tradeshow materials, including collateral and KPGs.
  • Facilitate the marketing material approval process in Veeva PromoMats, entering and annotating pieces and triaging comments for response.
  • Manage the inventory of marketing materials through the fulfillment center, including monitoring stock levels, placing replenishment orders, and approving material requests.
  • Process purchase orders and all related internal paperwork required to obtain budgetary and compliance approval.
  • Review, validate, and process vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of all expenses and reconcile actual expenses vs. budgeted amounts.
  • Assist with monthly budget review to prepare for monthly budget meetings within the Marketing Team.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including medical, regulatory and legal review and expiration of promotional materials.
  • Conduct research and handle all planning activities for department meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistical coordination.
  • Assist with management of field sales dinner meetings, identifying suitable dining venues and coordinating reservations, with contracting as needed.
  • Support projects to meet the needs of our field sales teams.
  • Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management.

Education Requirements and Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required.
  • 1+ years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product marketing or similar experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication with well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail required for reviewing written materials and tracking budgets.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with Veeva PromoMats, Figma Design, Trello, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Travel required for trade shows, events, and sales meetings -up to 20% travel.

Expected Salary Range:

$56,000-65,000

The salary range, is the minimum and maximum annual salary range of compensation for the role that the employer in good faith believes to be accurate at the time of the posting of an advertisement for the role. Actual compensation for the role will be based on a number of different factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, knowledge, skills and experience.
