Foley & Lardner LLP seeks a mid senior level associate to join its premier Health Care Practice Group, supporting the national Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team. The position may be based in Tampa (preferred) or in any of the following offices: Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Jacksonville, Miami, Nashville, New York, Orlando, Raleigh, or Salt Lake City.

Candidates should have 4-6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience (with up to 8 years considered). Ideal applicants will have a strong background working with health care-focused clients, deep knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory frameworks as they apply to health care transactions, and experience in areas such as health innovation, telemedicine, and digital health. Prior work with telemedicine or digital health companies is preferred. A commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies are essential.

The role requires sophisticated drafting skills, the ability to manage complex matters, and a commitment to mentoring junior associates. Candidates should be comfortable engaging directly with senior partners and clients, and demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a strong work ethic. We are seeking individuals who excel in a collaborative, high-performing environment and who will contribute meaningfully to the strategic goals of the Health Care Practice Group. Strong academic credentials, along with excellent writing and communication skills, are essential. AmLaw 100 experience is preferred but not required.

Applicants must hold a JD from an ABA accredited law school and be active members in good standing of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice. Timely admission to the bar of the hiring office's state will be a condition of employment.

In support of transparency and equity in the workplace, Foley provides salary ranges for all positions. The expected salary range for this position is between $290,000 - $390,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, experience, internal pay equity at Foley, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
