As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents while delivering standout customer service and clear communication to staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions and communicating with site leadership and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or suspicious conditions.
• Monitor access points and common areas, provide directions and assistance, and help manage visitor flow in accordance with site protocols.
• Complete shift reports and incident documentation, perform routine checks of doors and sensitive areas, and assist with lost and found and/or other service requests as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A minimum of 1 year of security experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
