You will complete routine foot and vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to requests with clear communication and customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy Requirements, offering active work, teamwork, and integrity in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or policy issues.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, contractors, and visitors; direct guests to appropriate check-in areas and maintain visitor and/or delivery logs per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; contact site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed and assist with scene control until relieved.
• Complete detailed incident reports and shift documentation, communicate pass-down information, and use site systems such as radios, CCTV, and access control tools to support day-to-day operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
