ROLE SUMMARY:

We areseekinghighly motivated and proactive individuals to join our Church & Dwight Supply Chain Operational Rotational Experience (SCORE) program. This unique program spans a full-time 24-month duration, encompassing rotations across diverse functional areas within our supply chain, offering a comprehensive understanding of our end-to-end supply chain operations.

Theprogram is tailored to foster development of critical leadership skills, engage participants in impactful projects, enhance businessacumenandunderstanding ofour company culture. Graduates from this program will be provided guidance in their professional pursuits, steering participants toward a path of career advancement. Selected individuals will have the opportunity to engage in peer mentorship opportunities, networking, facility tours, Kaizenactivitiesand skill development through cross-functional work.

The ideal candidate willhave a strong interest in supply chain operations, a willingness to learn, and a drive to contribute innovative ideas to improve our operations at Church & Dwight.

The SCORE program participant should also feel comfortable working in distinct rotations, as the rotation entails transitioning todifferent functionsevery 8 months. Rotations for this role includes:

  • Operation Support:Participants will engage in productivity and efficiency audits,assistin production planning and scheduling,monitorKey Performance Indicators (KPIs), and learn maintenance practices to ensure adherence to quality and product specifications.
  • LEAN:Participants will activelyparticipatein implementing Lean Manufacturing Initiatives and Practices, contribute to Kaizen Events and Continuous Improvement projects, and apply Lean Manufacturing principles tooptimizeprocesses.
  • Safety: Participants will assist in Development, implementation and execution of Site safety, environmental and health initiatives, strategies, programs, and procedures, via hands on counsel, supervision, assessment, and implementation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Rotate through the various functions of the site over a 24-month period, supporting project work as assigned.
  • Collaborate with higher-level managers to develop critical leadership skills for future career advancement. Engage with mentors across various fields, including site maintenance, quality, production, environmental health and safety, leanpracticesand cost-saving initiatives.
  • Embody the Church & Dwight behaviors such as being Digitally Savvy, fostering a Positive Attitude, setting high aims, simplifying processes,offering assistance, embracing Disruption, and basing decisions onfactual information.
  • Ensure that all tasks/projects are performed according to safety, quality, and regulatory procedures.
  • Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the workplace using principles and techniques of lean manufacturing, such as 5S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) elements, etc. to achieve project completion.
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize project commitments to meet assignedobjectives.
  • Provides process support andassistsin troubleshooting, process issues in operations, maintenance, and packaging as needed.
  • Performs other related duties asrequired.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management,logistics, engineering, ora relatedfield.

PREFERED EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 0 to 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Relevantinternshipor other related work will also be considered.
  • Previoussupply chain project workdemonstratingthe ability to work as a part of a team and complete projects on time and within constraints.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with and collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
  • Provenabilityto adapt to new environments and work independently as part of a team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems atahigh-level.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively manage time.
  • Ability to work independently and/or with a team to complete projectsin a timely manner.
