This role is in support of Cencora's veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business. MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, offering animal health services globally. The Director, Launch Products Marketing is responsible for leading the strategic marketing efforts to support the successful launch of new product solutions. This includes developing comprehensive launch strategies, creating impactful marketing materials, and ensuring seamless deployment to support customer growth and engagement. The role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively balance strategic leadership within a matrixed team environment with hands-on implementation and execution of marketing initiatives. This position plays a critical role in leveraging customer insights, conducting market research, competitor analysis, and utilizing data-driven decision-making to shape effective marketing strategies. With a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and market dynamics, the Director will identify opportunities to drive product adoption and engagement while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in animal health product marketing, including end-to-end launch planning, commercialization of technology-enabled solutions, and close collaboration with solution developers and cross-functional teams to gain a robust understanding of product features and functionality and translating this for optimal customer adoption. Additionally, this role requires a strong background in marketing and communications, with proven experience in driving customer adoption and engagement within the animal health sector, spanning both companion animals and production animals. The candidate will have demonstrated success in using data and analytics to inform strategies, optimizing marketing efforts to achieve measurable impact and deliver results. This role directly influences go-to-market success and customer engagement, while leading cross-functional efforts across product, sales, and marketing teams. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
