Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $76,350.00/Yr. - USD $127,250.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.


Description

    Analyzing and determining technical training needs, procedures, and programs for selected groups
  • Ensuring consistent application of training standards
  • Planing, evaluating, organizing, and developing training curricula, and materials to meet specific training needs, in the enhancement of existing programs
  • Facilitating training during introduction of new courses
  • Researching outside training resources
  • Maintaining record of training activities and participant progress, assisting in the monitoring of the effectiveness of the programs
  • Staying abreast of new training methods and may determine relevancy to the current training curricula
  • Providing instruction and guidance to trainers

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI eligible clearance
  • Training certification: Navy Master Training Specialist (MTS) or equivalent
