STGi is currently seeking a Temporary Corporate Recruiter to directly source, recruit, and coordinate the placement of top talent needed to support our clients. Our ideal candidate will have Healthcare recruitment experience and staffing agency experience. This is an ideal opportunity to put those cold calling skills to work as you help to source and recruit Healthcare Professionals. The position is located in our headquarters office in Arlington, VA.




  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting activity (sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, offer management, on-boarding communications).
  • Clearly define position requirements and recruiting process. Ensure search requests are clearly defined to include key responsibilities, requirements, reporting structure, compensation and interview process.
  • Recommend interviewing and hiring techniques as appropriate.
  • Analyze the information provided on a prospective employee's application form.
  • Determine the suitability of the applicant for employment by conducting a personal interview (by phone or in person).
  • Performs further background reference investigation, i.e., prior employment references, transcripts, etc. to gain adequate information on which to base a selection decision.
  • Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies and work closely with team to develop best approach for client.
  • Effectively apply diverse staffing methodology and promote standards.
  • Create and execute project work plans to manage recruiting initiatives.
  • Anticipate and minimize risks on searches.
  • Review deliverables before passing to client.
  • Quickly grasp and present solutions to complex recruiting requirements and issues. Escalate and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Provide timely progress updates on prospecting, interview and placement activity.
  • Ensure smooth transition post-hire and assess hiring manager and new hire satisfaction.
  • Facilitate the workflow processing using available systems/tools.
  • Compile and maintain labor resource databases for use in future vacancy searches.
  • Coordinate and complete routine and ad hoc reporting for internal customers and management review.
  • Coordinate activities with the recruiting and credential departments, as warranted, to ensure that new hire processing is completed in a timely manner.
  • Receive incoming calls and inquiries from prospective candidates and route to the assigned recruiter.
  • Perform basic website searches for vacancies, as requested.
  • Other duties as required by business conditions or as assigned
  • Input applicants and resumes into the applicant tracking system.

Required Experience

Required Education:


A Bachelor Degree preferably in Human Resources, Business or similar discipline. (High school diploma, with five years applicable experience considered as substitute for Bachelors requirement)



  • Minimum two years of experience within a government contracting environment.
  • Proven experience recruiting Healthcare Professionals.
  • Healthcare Recruitment experience required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the utilization of computerized office systems, internet and software is required.
