Housing Case Manager

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent experience in Human Services field, is preferred
• Valid driver's license.
• At least two years of experience in providing direct or indirect social services, is preferred.
• Knowledge of Harm Reduction and Housing First Model.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, positively, and professionally with participants, providers, family members, and others.
• Able to promote a positive, supportive, and collaborative atmosphere.
• Previous experience working with low-income families and those experiencing homelessness preferred.
• Training in working with low-income families and those who are homeless preferred.
• Knowledge of related issues in chemical dependency, mental health, parenting, sex trafficking, and domestic violence preferred.
