Job Title Assistant Editor, Special Projects, Food & WineJob Description Food & Wine is seeking a smart, proactive, and highly organized Assistant Editor, Special Projects to support the editorial production of its industry-defining live events, including the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, the Food & Wine Classic in Charleston, Best New Chefs, and new events. Working closely with the Special Projects Editor, this role sits at the intersection of editorial, events, and culture-helping shape programming that drives audience engagement, strengthens Food & Wine's authority, and supports both consumer and sponsor revenue. This is an ideal role for an editor with hands-on event experience who understands how editorial storytelling comes to life on stage, on-site, across digital platforms, and in the pages of a magazine. The Assistant Editor, Special Projectswill contribute meaningfully to the development and execution of live programming, manage talent communications, and help translate Food & Wine's editorial voice into unforgettable experiences. Hybrid 3x a week- (New York) In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
