About the Role

We're looking for a client-focused professional to join our team as Fleet Coach. In this role, you will be responsible for executing fleet transactions that support product and asset management for external clients. You will apply comprehensive knowledge of client and Element products and services while managing day-to-day tactical requests and activities. The role emphasizes a sense of urgency, consistency, and ownership to support client goals, account retention, and growth objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Execute day-to-day tactical requests and activities, complex or routine, in accordance with client's policies, procedures, and priorities.

  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of client and Element products and services to support service delivery. Receive, complete, coordinate, and/or escalate requests and activities that support product and asset management for external clients.

  • Manage service delivery and request completion or coordination management.

  • Manage exceptions to ensure processes and requests are followed up timely and closed using loop processes with Partner or Manager.

  • Identify requests that require specialized knowledge or escalation and leverage subject matter experts to resolve inquiries.

  • Take ownership of client issues and apply critical thinking, problem solving, and root cause analysis to identify solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum 1 year of customer services experience, preferably in a B2B (business to business) or services organization

  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs.

  • Strong excel knowledge, including formulas, data analytics, v- look ups, pivot table etc.

  • Experience executing transactional or operational support activities in a client-facing environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple requests while meeting deadlines and service expectations.

  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and root cause analysis skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to follow processes, manage exceptions, and close the loop on client issues.

  • Effective communication and coordination skills across partners and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: College/University degree preferred.

  • Experience supporting fleet, asset management, or financial services clients.

  • Familiarity with service delivery coordination and escalation management. Ability to leverage subject matter experts to resolve complex client inquiries.

Location- Hopkins, MN

The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,600 - $70,950 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
