Position Summary The Director of Compliance and Client Access is responsible for minimizing risk and leading the risk and quality management, regulatory, compliance, and data reporting activities of the entire agency. This position maintains a comprehensive risk management and quality management program including developing, monitoring, and evaluating risk management plans and client outcome measurements as well as assuring that all regulatory and contractual data reporting requirements are met. This position leads the following client access departments: Front Desk, Intake Scheduling, and Medical Records. Minimum Qualifications
