About This Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Togetherwork, you design, build, and maintain scalable SaaS applications using a modern technology stack. You work across front-end and back-end systems to deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality features that drive real customer value.

You collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and QA partners to translate requirements into well-architected solutions. With a strong focus on clean code, best practices, and continuous improvement, you help ensure our platforms are performant, maintainable, and ready to scale.


What You'll Do


  • Design, develop, and maintain features for our SaaS applications



  • Build and support both front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks



  • Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and testable code



  • Participate in code reviews and apply best practices to improve code quality



  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to refine functional and non-functional requirements



  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across non-production and production environments



  • Leverage industry-standard development tools, IDEs, and AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity and code quality


  • You'll work closely with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to deliver reliable, scalable SaaS solutions.

  • Consistently deliver assigned development tasks on time, with increasing independence



  • Produce high-quality code that meets standards and passes peer review with minimal rework



  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and proactively seek feedback when needed



  • Resolve defects efficiently while understanding root causes to prevent recurrence



  • Contribute positively to team collaboration and shared engineering goals




What You'll Bring


  • 3-5 years of proficiency in front-end development using Vue.js (2 or 3)



  • 3-5 years of strong back-end experience with PHP and Laravel (11/12)



  • 3-5 years of experience working with databases and API integrations



  • 3-5 years of solid understanding of software engineering best practices and Agile methodologies



  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills



  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset and eagerness to learn
