Position Overview The
People Analytics & Data Specialist
is a new role responsible for defining and driving the implementation of processes for managing people-data requests, overseeing the collection and analysis of HR data, and transforming complex datasets into easy-to-understand reports and dashboards while ensuring the effective operation of HR systems and serving as a
backup payroll resource. This role
leads the development of workforce analytics, data visualization and analysis, data narrative strategies and stakeholder communications, and reporting mechanisms that inform organizational strategy, equity, and compliance. In addition to analytics and systems stewardship, this role supports
401(k) administration and payroll tax oversight, partners closely with Payroll and HRIS Manager, and
maintains the skills and knowledge required to step in as a fully capable payroll processor when necessary. This role will also collaborate within and outside of our HR team to advance our strategic goals for data-driven decision making and systems optimization. Pay and Benefits The expected starting salary range for new hires in this position is between $66,000-$76,000/year and may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market for the position, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position belongs to a class of roles that have a salary range between $60,000-$80,000/year.Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) planwith automatic employer contribution, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.PIH offers professional development and home office reimbursements as well as a flexible paid time off policy with no maximum, generous holiday time, summer and winter breaks, and a sabbaticalleavepolicy.
