Flexible Work Arrangement: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday on-site in Newark, OH, Orlando, FL or Miami, FL. Thursday & Friday remote work option.

RESPONSIBILITIES




    • Act as a liaison between workflow analysts and internal stakeholders to configure and customize content management systems that meet specific workflow requirements to achieve optional functionality and user experience.
    • Provides guidance and direction to line of business leaders to determine initial workflow processes and recommendations.
    • Design and implement effective enterprise content management workflows to streamline document creation, review, approval, and distribution processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure that content management workflows align with organizational goals.
    • Monitor and analyze workflow progress to ensure accuracy and timely completion within established deadlines and statements of work.
    • Work with the Automation COE as an analyst to ensure processes are understood, documented, and ready for evaluation against COE criteria.
    • Develop, update, and maintain systems and solutions team processes and procedures.
    • Assist ECM product manager to assign workflow to ECM, as needed.
    • Provide support and utilize skillsets of DevOps team.
    • Complete projects and tasks in accordance with team goals and expectations.
    • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
    • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.
    • Other duties as assigned.




    EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE



    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, IT or related field preferred.
    • Experience with Fiserv, Ivanti or Onbase required.
    • 4+years' experience working with financial banking systems focused on process transformation preferred.
    • Lean Six Sigma/Process Transformation license preferred.
    • Experience with Visio and Excel a plus.


    SCHEDULE

    Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position a full-time, permanent role. Hybrid workplace schedule expected on-site days (M, T, W) in either Central Ohio, Orlando or Miami, Florida. A minimum 40 hours is required per week.
