Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is$110,500.00 to$184,100.00.

Position Details

The Manager OST Analytics and Insights leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering the data,reporting, models, and analytical capabilities that enable high-quality decision-making across FulfillmentOperations-including Distribution Centers, Branches, and the MDC network. This leader oversees various aspectsof analytics and the data product lifecycle, spanning data engineering, reporting and visualization, metricgovernance, advanced analytics, tooling, and systems enablement.

This role owns a comprehensive portfolio of data products: including potentially, automated dashboards andreporting suites, data pipelines, enterprise metrics, optimization engines, forecasting models, data integration andcapture tooling, and machine learning tools. These products provide visibility into operational performance, predictfuture trends, support staffing and demand planning, detect anomalies, improve compliance, and drive business-wide efficiency. By delivering trusted, scalable, and actionable analytics, the Manager ensures leaders across theorganization can self-serve insights and operate with confidence.

The Manager works at both strategic and technical levels-defining long-term roadmaps, improving dataarchitecture, and integrating advanced analytical techniques into core operational workflows. They partner closelywith senior leadership, data and technology systems teams, field operations teams, and analytics enablementgroups to align capabilities with business needs and accelerate adoption of advanced analytics across the network.

Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, understanding of operations, and the ability to drive transformation through data. This leader sets rigorous standards for analytical quality, fosters data literacy, and builds scalable systems that evolve with the business.

You Will
  • Own the strategic roadmap for analytics, reporting, data systems, and advanced analytical capabilities, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational needs while acting as a strategic influencer and change advocate, communicating insights effectively, shaping data-driven behaviors, and building strong partnerships across the enterprise.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary analytics team, fostering technical excellence, analytical rigor, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Design, build, and deploy advanced analytical models and optimization tools-including forecasting, machine learning, and decision-support algorithms-to drive measurable business impact.
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of data architecture, pipelines, and integration processes, ensuring scalable, automated, and high-quality data across the organization.
  • Deliver intuitive, trusted dashboards, reporting suites, and workflow tools that provide clear operational visibility and empower leaders to self-serve insights.
  • Conduct deep-dive and advanced analyses to identify key performance drivers, uncover trends, and generate actionable, data-driven recommendations for operational and strategic decisions while driving adoption of analytics and data science practices across the organization, demonstrating value through measurable outcomes and user-friendly tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, operations, data partners, and enterprise analytics teams to define metrics, integrate solutions into operations, and build a unified view of performance.
  • Promote automation, standardization, and scalability across analytics and reporting processes to ensure sustainable, efficient, and reliable insight delivery.
You Have
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • 3+ years Enterprise grade analytic environment required
  • 1+ years People leader preferred
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong analytic acumen, operating in a large-scale operational data environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of modern analytic stack
  • SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Airflow, Power Suite
  • Strong Strategic ownership and roadmap capabilities
  • Ability to upskill and support more junior team members and be a mentor
  • Strong Communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous space, collaborate and influence without authority
  • Ability to quick size and scope work, determine roadblocks, and propose solutions
