What you will do:

We're seeking a strategic, creative, and data driven Manager, Campaign Marketing for Digital Solutions to lead our full funnel campaign strategy and execution. In this role, you will build and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that accelerate awareness, engagement, qualified pipeline, and revenue across key market segments. Acting as the strategic engine of our campaign marketing function, you will design scalable, insight led programs that fuel both demand generation and account-based marketing. You will own end to end campaign performance-from audience definition and content alignment to activation, and lead management-ensuring seamless execution and consistent funnel health. Working cross functionally with marketing, sales, and operations partners, you will ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact, supports go to market priorities and advances prospects through a complex enterprise buyer journey.

How you will do it:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support business objectives, ensuring alignment with the broader marketing strategy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand market trends.

  • Work with the content team to develop compelling campaign content, including copy, graphics, and multimedia, in collaboration with the creative team.

  • Utilize various marketing channels, such as email, digital events, social media, paid digital, and events, to reach target audiences.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and feedback to improve effectiveness.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance campaign strategies.

What we look for:

  • 5+ years of marketing campaign management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth through demand generation/ABM.

  • Deep understanding of B2B funnel metrics, lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Exceptional data-driven mindset, project management, and communication skills.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM software.

This is a hybrid role at our Raleigh, NC office. Office days are Tuesdays and Thursdays.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $89,000 - $134,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
