Staff Counsel - NJ Workers' Compensation Job Locations
US-NJ-Princeton
Overview Responsible for managing a workers' compensation case load from inception to resolution in the state of New Jersey. Responsibilities include pre-trial discoveries, drafting pleadings, communicating with involved parties, and presenting defense strategies in court. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust's mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization. This is a Hybrid work opportunity covering Courts in the State of New Jersey. The position will be out of the Princeton, NJ office. Responsibilities
Independently represents the Employer/Carrier before the assigned Judge of Workers' Compensation Compensation and presents witnesses and evidence at administrative hearings on litigated workers' compensation claims.
