Gartner is seeking a highly professional, dedicated, and motivated individual to join the Gartner Conferences Attendee Engagement team as a SrPlanner.

Core responsibilities:

  • Support the planning delivery and execution of existing and new attendee engagement initiatives

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver conference-specific engagement programs for alumni and first-time attendees

  • Analyze feedback, data, and trends on a continual basis to track performance and enhance attendee engagement programs

  • Communicate with conference delegates; liaise with alumni attendees taking part in attendee engagement programs to ensure they are prepared for their on-site responsibilities

  • Enhance the attendee journey by assisting with creating content on web-based portals, infographics, user-guides, and video assets

  • Support additional initiatives and programs for Gartner Conferences

  • Support the planning delivery and execution of peer engagement pilots and existing initiatives

  • Analyze pilot data and trends on a continual basis to track performance

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver conference-specific peer engagement pilots

Additional responsibilities:

  • Interact in a highly professional manner, internally and externally

  • Participate in team meetings and work with team members across multiple time zones

  • Work autonomously to manage projects and maintain communication with all stakeholders

  • Travel to Gartner Conferences to support the Attendee Communication team on-site as needed (<25%)

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; marketing or communication concentrations preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Availability to be in the office up to 1-2 days/week

  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral

  • Writing experience including but not limited to email campaigns, content summaries, and succinct descriptions

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and extreme attention to detail

  • A self-starter mindset

  • Proven success in a collaborative environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, andExcel

  • Graphic design / Adobe experience is a plus

  • Conference experience is a plus

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 83,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
