In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing brand-right package designs that capture seasonal trends and the core essence of our brand. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, bringing innovative ideas to life from concept to finalization, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence.

**What you will do:**

* Create compelling, commercial package designs that align with conceptual direction and business strategy.

* Develop and present designs showcasing strong typography, effective color strategies, and impactful imagery.

* Adapt and refine designs based on feedback, driving them to finalization.

* Research and interpret seasonal trends to ensure designs are relevant and forward-thinking.

* Apply comprehensive design knowledge to all projects, maintaining high standards of execution.

* Deeply understand the brand's core identity and customer base, identifying opportunities for trend relevance and success.

* Build and nurture effective relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure creative, timely, and cost-efficient project execution.

* Clearly communicate design concepts to external partners for accurate 3D representations.

* Achieve set goals with meticulous attention to detail, proactively tracking progress and anticipating potential issues.

* Assist in preparing materials for key meetings and presentations.

* Embrace and actively pursue opportunities for personal growth and skill development.

* Demonstrate self-motivation to continuously enhance personal and team creative and technical skills.

**What you will bring:**

* Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.

* 0-3 years of design experience within a highly creative and innovative environment.

* Proficiency with relevant design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* A collaborative spirit with a team-oriented approach.

* High motivation, passion, and a results-oriented mindset.

* Unwavering professionalism and accountability.

* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

* A self-starter mentality.

* Proficiency in sketching.

* Ability to build tech packs and accurately measure garments.

**Nice-to-haves:**

* Illustration skills and/or hand sketching abilities.

* 3D rendering skills.

* Knowledge of and passion for current trends in design, beauty, and fashion.

* Experience with a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
