Aquent is partnering with a leading company that is revolutionizing the customer experience in physical retail environments. This innovative organization is dedicated to creating seamless and engaging journeys for its customers through thoughtfully designed spaces and clear, impactful visual communication.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the physical brand presence across various locations. In this exciting opportunity, you will directly influence how customers interact with the brand, ensuring a consistent, intuitive, and visually compelling experience from the moment they arrive. Your expertise will be critical in developing and implementing comprehensive visual systems that enhance navigation and reinforce brand identity, making a tangible impact on customer satisfaction and brand perception.

As a Senior Designer, you will be instrumental in bringing brand visions to life within physical spaces, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into practical, installable solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that every visual element, from large-scale graphics to subtle wayfinding cues, is perfectly aligned with brand standards and effectively guides the customer journey. This role offers the chance to lead key initiatives, drive innovation in environmental design, and see your creative work implemented across a wide network of facilities.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the creative development and execution of impactful visual communication systems, including branded environmental graphics and intuitive wayfinding solutions for new openings and remodels.
  • Collaborate with facilities and construction partners, interpreting architectural drawings to accurately scope and strategically place visual elements within unique facility layouts.
  • Develop comprehensive installation guides, ensuring clear instructions for the placement of marketing and visual materials across all locations.
  • Proactively manage project timelines, resources, and risk mitigation for multiple simultaneous projects, consistently meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

What you'll bring:

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong design skills with a proven emphasis on branding, visual communication, and print production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Demonstrated experience reading and interpreting architectural drawings and blueprints.
  • In-depth knowledge of visual communication materials, fabrication processes, and production best practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to maintain consistency across diverse design applications.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and work effectively with minimal direction.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing relevant work in visual communication, branding, or similar environmental design projects.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in environmental or spatial design.
