Fort Worth, TX

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Shift: 3 PM - finish

Training: 1st shift for one month ($2 shift differential will applyonce moved to 2nd shift)

What You Need:

• 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, and powered industrial trucks.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and measuring devices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read, speak, write, and understand basic English.
• Valid driver's license and required industrial truck certifications.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently and more than 50 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for up to 100% of the workday.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all duties in accordance with the Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and Code of Conduct.
• Operate hand tools, including electrical and pneumatic-powered tools.
• Repair basic electrical and mechanical systems such as wiring, switches, tools, and manually operated plant equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and service manuals to determine maintenance and repair needs.
• Troubleshoot production equipment, powered industrial trucks, hoists, tools, and company vehicles to identify service requirements.
• Fabricate production and facility equipment using welding, brazing, plumbing, and basic electrical skills.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Load, unload, lift, and move parts and equipment for inspection, maintenance, or service using powered industrial trucks and overhead lifting equipment as needed.
• Complete and maintain electronic records and documentation, including checklists, stamping, blueprints, barcoding, and shipping/receiving materials.
