Join a high-performance fabrication team producing large-scale industrial components in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. As a Heavy Industrial Fabrication Associate, you'll support cutting, fitting, assembling, and finishing structural materials that keep operations running nationwide.

This is what it takes to work for us.

• 1 year of recent machine operation experience(industrial or mechanical background required)
  
  
  
  • Examples include band saws, pipe threaders, grooving machines, automatic welding machines, or similar industrial equipment
  • Recent trade school graduates may be considered in place of experience
  
  
  
  
• Ability toread and accurately use a tape measure
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities
• Experience usinggauges for quality checks
• Strongverbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Comfortable working in anonclimatecontrolled, heavy industrial environment

Key Responsibilities

• Move loose and bundled pipe throughout the shop and yard
• Assemble pipe orders (single sticks and bundles)
• Measure, cut, thread, bevel, and fabricate pipe using shop equipment
• Operate machinery such asband saws, Landis threading machines, grooving machines, torches, and automated equipment
• Set up and maintain machines used in pipe fabrication
• Accurately measure and record pipe lengths usingtape measures and gauges
• Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures
• Inspect and maintain forklift and materialhandling equipment
• Support the stacking, packaging, and shipping of finished pipe
