Qualifications:



  • Experience - 2+ years of related experience
  • Active listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
  • Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.

    Speaking-Talking to others to convey information effectively.
  • Time Management-Managing one's own time.
  • Service Orientation- Actively looking for ways to help people.
  • Active Learning- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Writing- Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.

  • Social Perceptiveness- Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.

Essential Functions:



  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to take orders, to provide information about services, or to obtain details of complaints.
  • Properly key orders to ensure a smooth delivery of containers/boxes for the customer, as well as the delivery drivers.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of orders, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve customers' problems.
  • Properly understand billing procedures to ensure correct billing of work orders
  • Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of retrieved files, boxes, or unlocated files.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Determine charges for services requested and collect payments from the walk-in.
  • Make changes of address records, phone numbers, or authorized users by using the computer.
  • Work with operations for scheduling in cases of large quantities of pickups or deliveries, or special customer requests
