Shift: 2nd shift (Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3 AM)

As a Reach Truck Operator in Dayton, you're the backbone of the operation. You'll stack it, store it, and move it like a pro. Quick reflexes, smooth hands, and solid teamwork keep the freight moving and the day flying by.

What It Takes to Roll Here

• High school diploma or GED required
• Current forklift or reach truck certification (required)
• Experience operating reach or stand-up forklifts (9-12 months/crown brand preferred)
• Skilled at tight turns and tall racks
• Comfortable lifting (up to) 50 lbs
• Focused, safety-minded, and steady under pressure
• Excel knowledge plus good computer skills

Key Responsibilities

• Stacks and stores merchandise in designated areas using a forklift, clamp, and push-pull equipment.
• Unloads inbound shipments safely and moves product to storage locations
• Pulls and prepares products for shipment
• Ensures that the exact number and type of product are loaded and shipped
• Performs picking duties in an efficient manner, meeting customer service standards
• Moves product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers
• Maintains appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory control and security
• Assists in physical inventories
• Ensures proper stock rotation
• Conducts cycle counts as requested

Your day starts with a safety check and ends with a clean floor. You'll lift, stock, and stage freight with precision. Keep things moving from dock to rack, stay alert, and make sure every load is right where it belongs.
