1.0 FTE Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

This position is not a remote position and will require onsite work.

Starting Pay - $25.32 - $31.64 (based on experience)

Offers for external candidates are generally made between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on experience.

Qualifications:



  • Two-year technical or college level administrative support degree or equivalent experience
  • PC word processing at 60 wpm
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Confidentiality essential
  • Ability to effectively prioritize a busy workload
  • Effective problem-solving skills


Job Responsibilities:




  • Assists with scheduling new hires for orientation, training, and required courses.



  • Meets with new hires, including completing required paperwork, verifying I9 documentation, and ensuring all preemployment requirements are met.



  • Coordinates and processes background checks, employment verifications, and other compliance screenings.



  • Monitors employee licensure and certification requirements; tracks expiration dates and ensures timely renewals.



  • Maintains accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.



  • Responds to employee and manager inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing timely and professional support.



  • Performs general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing shared inboxes, filing, scanning, and preparing documents.



  • Supports HR team members with data entry, reporting, and routine HR processes.



  • Ensures all students meet organizational onboarding requirements, including documentation, training, and compliance steps before placement.



  • Enters and updates employee and student information in UKG, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely maintenance of HR data.


  • Operates with a high level of independence and ensures all work is completed accurately.

  • May perform other HR Generalist duties as assigned.
