POSITION OVERVIEW
- Project involvement. Participate in various projects, conducting research, interpret and analyse data, or other tasks related to the project's goals. Support in planning, coordinating, and executing projects. Assist with scheduling, communication, and resource management. Utilizing Excel, SmartSheet or project management tools to track project status and report on progress.
- Program data collection, analysis, and documentation. All in prep for analytics, project documentation/repository, updates and feedback from campuses. Would be for both regulatory training and home office onboarding, utilizing Excel, PBI, and SmartSheet for helping support all of Talent Development project documentation. Support development of process mapping documentation used in projects - creating diagrams, workflows, Excel spreadsheets.
- Support development/creation of communication pieces, editing, distribution. Utilizing current templates, creating new templates and support of re-branding for home office onboarding. Support development and management of future Regulatory Training Program e-newsletter, or podcast or video series.
- Attend meetings. Take notes and participate in discussions. Scribe/notetaker for project and program meetings, add to library/repository for each project, distribute to appropriate stakeholder group.
- Research. Gathering information for projects, analyzing data, and preparing reports. Research state and federal regulations, organizing data, helping to build database and repository.
- Training dashboard. Support for creation of dashboard, analytics, interpretation of data, and creation of reports.
- Cvent Essentials platform. Administration support for set up and creation of home office onboarding process flow for communication site, registration, hotel reservations, attendance, tracking and reporting. Create event information for communication, distribution, support management of the platform prior to event and days of for registration, checking in, etc.
- Clerical tasks. Develop and organize distribution lists by campus and key stakeholders for email communication, regulatory training updates, rounding. Support preparing documents content, printing, copying, and collating Home Office Onboarding Mission 2 materials. Assembling notebooks and materials and gift bags.
- Continuous improvement. Evaluate processes and provide feedback on improved efficiencies, tools and techniques.
- Participant guide. Creation of and maintenance of Home Office Onboarding Mission 2 materials and participant guide. Applying branding standards, moving into other formats from PDF.
Physical requirements Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors and all business associates outside of the health campus.
