**The Opportunity**

As a Marketing Producer focused on partner events and experiences, you will be at the heart of bringing strategic initiatives to life. This role offers the chance to own critical workstreams from conception to execution, ensuring every partner interaction is impactful and memorable. You will lead content creation, manage vital communications, and oversee the seamless delivery of onsite logistics for key events. This is an exciting opportunity to blend strategic thinking with hands-on production, contributing directly to the company's engagement with its most valued partners.

**What You'll Do**

* **Strategic Roadmapping:** Drive the project roadmap, integrating innovative solutions for complex challenges and proposing creative techniques to maintain excellence in all productions.

* **Resource Management:** Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party agencies, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring optimal collaboration and resource allocation.

* **Project Leadership:** Lead content creation teams from initial concept to successful launch, defining strategic approaches for style, processes, and templates.

* **Creative Vision Alignment:** Align creative and technical visions, conduct cross-discipline interviews, and direct necessary changes for optimal project development and execution.

* **Culture & Values Champion:** Foster an inclusive and psychologically safe environment, actively mitigating bias and upholding core values and codes of conduct.

* **Event Management:** Own and contribute to key event workstreams, including event registration, communications, content development, and onsite logistics and execution.

* **Daily Operations:** Plan and execute events, applying best practices to ensure successful outcomes.

* **Domain Expertise:** Specialized knowledge in Marketing and current industry trends.

* **Strategy & Planning:** Demonstrated capability in driving both technical and creative visions.

* **Project Management:** High effectiveness in execution and a commitment to product excellence.

* **Operational Knowledge:** Experience with budgeting and Content Management systems.

* **Event Execution Understanding:** A strong grasp of event execution principles and best practices.

* **Travel:** Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
