About the Role

We are proactively building a pipeline of UX/UI Researchers to support upcoming digital product initiatives across e-commerce, personalization, and customer experience platforms. This role partners closely with Product Design, Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering to deliver insights that shape intuitive, customer-centric experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms.

This is an ideal opportunity for researchers who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoy turning complex behavioral data into actionable design recommendations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end UX research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods (usability testing, interviews, surveys, diary studies, A/B testing insights).
  • Partner with Product Designers and Product Managers to define research goals aligned with business outcomes.
  • Translate customer insights into clear, actionable recommendations that influence product strategy and UX decisions.
  • Conduct evaluative research across discovery, browse, checkout, and personalization experiences.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer by sharing insights through reports, presentations, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to synthesize behavioral data with research findings.
  • Help establish scalable research processes, documentation, and best practices.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of UX research experience within digital product, e-commerce, or technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and research methodologies.
  • Experience moderating usability tests and synthesizing qualitative data.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating research impact on product outcomes.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large-scale e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
  • Familiarity with personalization, recommendation systems, or discovery experiences.
  • Background working in agile product teams.
  • Exposure to accessibility research or inclusive design practices.
  • Experience influencing product roadmaps through data-driven insights.


Tools & Methods

  • Research tools such as UserTesting, Dovetail, Maze, or similar platforms.
  • Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Adobe Analytics (a plus).
  • Collaboration tools including Figma, Miro, Jira, or Confluence.

  • Delivering research insights that improve customer engagement and conversion.
  • Building strong partnerships with design, product, and engineering teams.
  • Championing customer empathy while balancing business and technical goals.
