We are seeking a Strategic Planner to join our client's team and significantly impact their long-term success. Candidates with experience in the apparel industry are highly preferred. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in charting the course for the organization's future, directly influencing its market position, growth trajectory, and overall profitability by developing and executing critical strategic initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a dynamic enterprise. You will drive the strategic planning process, ensuring alignment across various business units and functions, and directly contribute to the company's sustained success and competitive advantage. Your expertise will guide key decisions, foster innovation, and lead to the successful realization of ambitious organizational goals.

Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to ensure sustained growth and profitability.
  • Conduct thorough environmental scans and organizational positioning analyses to inform strategic direction.
  • Identify, investigate, evaluate, and negotiate strategic opportunities, including potential acquisitions, divestitures, licensing agreements, and business alliances, aligning them with long-range organizational goals.
  • Drive the strategic business planning process, ensuring all phases and timelines are clearly defined and met, resulting in successful organizational planning deliverables.
  • Proactively monitor internal and external factors to identify potential needs for strategic redirection and propose necessary adjustments.
  • Lead the development of strategic initiatives and objectives for both the current year and multi-year strategic plans.
  • Collaborate closely with various business units and functions to ensure strategic objectives are aligned, integrated, and effectively supported.
  • Identify relevant performance measures and drive accountability for ongoing performance against business and strategic objectives.
  • Prepare for and actively contribute to leading Quarterly Business Review processes to assess progress and adjust strategies.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of directly relevant experience.
  • *Experience must include comprehensive leadership as a business or process leader, or demonstrated expertise within a relevant industry.
  • Alternatively, the following educational and experience combinations may be accepted: * PhD or Law Degree with 8 years of relevant experience. * Master's Degree with 9 years of relevant experience. * Associate's Degree with 11 years of relevant experience. * High School Diploma with 12 years of relevant experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $59.40 to $66.00 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
