**What You'll Do:**

* Optimize website performance and functionality across diverse browsers and devices to ensure a seamless user experience.

* Conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve any design or functionality issues, ensuring flawless execution.

* Maintain comprehensive website project documentation, including design assets, style guides, and technical specifications.

* Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in web design, development, and graphic design, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

* Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders, providing expert design recommendations and ensuring project objectives are met.

* Create and maintain robust design systems and component libraries to guarantee consistent and cohesive web experiences.

* Implement stringent security best practices, ensuring all websites adhere to modern security standards.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* U.S. Citizenship is required.

* Minimum of three years of professional experience in web development, with a strong emphasis on front-end development and modern technology.

* Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and hands-on experience with CMS platforms.

* Knowledge of popular JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, jQuery).

* Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

* Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design concepts.

* Familiarity with SEO principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG).

* Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

* Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in or exposure to the dynamic environment of a startup or entrepreneurial setting.

* Experience with modern visual development platforms for rapid website development and deployment.

* Experience with database integration and dynamic content management.

* Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).

* Understanding of web analytics implementation and performance optimization techniques.
