**Role Overview**

We are seeking a visionary creative leader to drive custom campaigns within our internal creative agency. In this high-impact role, you will guide projects from the initial creative brief through final execution, crafting innovative co-branded campaigns with our premium entertainment platform and external brands. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, developing compelling campaigns that span video assets and extend across our extensive digital ecosystem. This role demands a blend of high-level strategic thinking and hands-on creative leadership, requiring you to navigate a fast-paced environment while maintaining an unwavering focus on customer experience and creative excellence. Your work will directly contribute to delivering campaigns that push creative boundaries and significantly benefit our end customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate closely with senior creative leadership to align on creative vision and strategic direction.

* Oversee campaign concept development and execution, providing creative direction for video-first initiatives within production and intellectual property constraints.

* Partner with Art Directors, Copywriters, Solutions Managers, and Producers to develop customer-focused creative solutions.

* Oversee and write a variety of compelling copy and messaging that flexes across our extensive digital ecosystem, including our retail website, voice assistant, live streaming platform, and entertainment service.

* Oversee and write video scripts for various content formats, from short-form content to retail website pages.

* Own the creative arm of specific client relationships, presenting creative concepts and copy solutions to internal stakeholders, clients, and agency partners.

* Utilize a strong visual eye to provide feedback and elevate the visual quality of all creative materials.

* Present frequently and build robust relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and agency partners.

* Contribute to the development and documentation of creative and writing processes.

* Maintain consistent creative excellence while managing multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of creative quality and business objectives.
