This role offers the chance to lead, innovate, and make a tangible difference in how the brand connects with its audience, driving significant business impact through strategic marketing leadership and flawless execution. **Your Impact and Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external promotion plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams (growth, content, design) and leveraging digital tools to maximize awareness and drive generation.
* Drive in-depth analysis and insight development from data to identify new marketing opportunities and audience insights, informing strategic decisions.
* Formulate and implement robust marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, overseeing content positioning and marketing programs to enhance awareness and engagement across diverse media channels.
* Collaborate with senior marketing leadership to define project strategy and objectives, spearheading initiatives focused on drive generation, customer advocacy, and developing innovative virtual and physical experiences.
* Engage and manage multiple media agencies, optimizing their workflow and ensuring strategic alignment.
* Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure all content and campaigns resonate with the brand voice and maintain high quality across media and social channels.
* Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader, establishing advertising standards and aligning strategic marketing efforts across the organization globally.
* Lead efforts to analyze, track, and report on campaign and project ROI against predetermined metrics (pipeline, revenue, MQLs) using relevant management systems, working closely with sales teams to maximize impact.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for the management of complex, large-scale media planning, collaborating with global media teams to scale strategies effectively.
* Drive the development, implementation, and analysis of creative social media content, social selling programs, employee and leadership activation, and measurement strategies.
* Develop and maintain external relationships with venues and a wide range of suppliers/agencies, including contract negotiation, spatial and audiovisual planning, activation, gifting, and speaker management.
* Lead the development and implementation of pioneering marketing communications strategies to achieve broad media and public amplification.
* Lead end-to-end project management for retail marketing initiatives, with a specific focus on in-store activations and customer interaction devices.
* Strategize and implement methods for managing authentic and engaging content on customer interaction devices.
* Manage internal cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, product, and engineering teams, ensuring seamless project alignment and execution.
* Oversee external agencies and vendors, ensuring timely deliverables, effective communication, and strong collaborative partnerships for content creation and deployment.
* Create and meticulously manage detailed project timelines, workback schedules, and review processes to ensure all major milestones are achieved.
* Ensure clear, consistent, and proactive communication of project status, risks, and deliverables to all levels of stakeholders.
* Manage multiple projects concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet stringent deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Support global retail initiatives, guaranteeing a consistent brand experience across various international markets.
* Utilize specialized project management tools for tracking deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
* Analyze project performance rigorously to identify opportunities for continuous optimization and improvement. **Must-Have Qualifications:** * 6+ years of comprehensive experience in marketing, specifically within retail marketing, with a strong focus on in-store activations or hardware device marketing.
* Proven expertise in end-to-end project management, encompassing planning, scheduling, execution, and managing projects with rigorous timelines and multiple stakeholders.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, demonstrated in managing diverse internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Demonstrated experience in effectively managing external agencies and vendors within a marketing context.
* Ability to lead projects independently, take proactive initiative, and expertly manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to lead analysis and operational workflow management, utilizing data and bug-tracking to streamline processes and uncover new marketing opportunities.
* Proficiency in developing and maintaining relationships with internal product teams and external creative production teams for digital assets and demo content, coordinating complex workflows for asset formatting and development.
* Deep proficiency in key marketing domains: Media placement, Social media, Influencer marketing, Event management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Deal negotiation, Consumer behavior, and Data analysis & synthesis.
* Demonstrated ability in Affiliation and adaptability, Creativity, 10x thinking, Growth mindset, Team Management, Project management skills, and Stakeholder engagement. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * An innate affinity for technology and an "early adopter" mindset, coupled with a keen interest in emerging innovations.
* Comfort and familiarity with AI tools for content generation.
* Prior experience within diverse retail environments, such as large format stores, consumer electronics retailers, or telecommunications carrier stores.
* Familiarity with marketing hardware devices within a retail setting.
* Proficiency with specific project management tools such as Smartsheets and RightNow.
