Description & Requirements
As the Global Network PMO Associate you will coordinate industry sector and service line committees for the Forvis Mazars Global Network's Go-to-Market initiative. This role facilitates meetings, tracks project progress, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures alignment of project plans. By efficiently organizing resources and tasks, the PMO supports timely delivery of strategic cross-border business development initiatives to grow cross-border business within the Global Network.
What You Will Do:
  • Document project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans by updating documentation, tracking changes, and ensuring files remain organized and current
  • Coordinate project resources by managing schedules, adjusting logistics as needed, and escalating conflicts or constraints to support delivery timelines
  • Own and prioritize assigned PMO responsibilities, exercising judgment to manage competing priorities and support timely project delivery
  • Coordinate internal status meetings by preparing agendas, facilitating follow ups, and tracking action items through completion
  • Follow up and track committee action items, ensuring commitments are documented, monitored, and escalated as needed
  • Collaborate with member firm contacts by sharing documents, gathering information, and maintaining clear project records
  • Support regular team checkins by preparing materials, surfacing roadblocks, and contributing to escalation discussions
  • Communicate project updates and expectations clearly and professionally
  • Build strong relationships with committees and other stakeholders through clear communication, working sessions, and regular status updates
  • Prepare and distribute monthly status reports by coordinating inputs, validating accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders
  • Pull and compile client and prospect information from CRM tools for leadership review
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of project coordination or project management
  • Ability to set clear goals, defining deliverables, following up on tasks from meetings, and mapping out timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure successful project execution.
  • Highly proficiency in spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification
