Responsibilities:
- Serve as an ambassador for Next Level Technician by leading assigned projects from initiation through close?out
- Oversee all aspects of structured cabling and integrated systems projects, ensuring compliance with contract documents, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Supervise and direct internal project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safe, compliant, and timely project delivery
- Align business objectives and strategically allocate resources to support customers within a comprehensive risk and safety management program
- Promote and enforce a safety?first culture, ensuring adherence to company, client, and site?specific safety policies and procedures
- Manage installation strategies using industry best practices and proven construction methods
- Track project performance metrics to meet or exceed project expectations
- Identify change events and implement effective change?management strategies
- Foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, and continuous improvement
- Travel as required, including overnight travel, to support project needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field (relevant experience may substitute for degree)
- 7-10+ years of experience managing structured cabling and integrated systems projects
- Experience overseeing multiple contract types: lump sum, cost plus/GMP, unit price, design?build/design?assist, and T&M
- Strong understanding of construction quality standards, safety regulations, and project delivery best practices
- Ability to identify risk, change events, and mitigation strategies proactively
- Preferred certifications: BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, PMP
- Additional BICSI certifications (Installer, Technician, etc.) are a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder?management skills
