What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors and employees by following site-specific procedures, post orders, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Monitor entrances, lobby areas, and restricted-access points, checking identification and directing foot traffic while helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and/or suspicious activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas including parking lots, drive-through lanes, and/or ATM areas, noting irregular conditions and reporting concerns.
• Complete detailed reports and daily activity logs, communicate observations during shift transitions, and support client requests related to security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
