As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with property staff and visitors, and respond to concerns with a calm, service-minded approach. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, watching for unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations that may help to deter issues.
• Monitor and/or control access where assigned by verifying identification, managing visitor sign-in, and directing deliveries to the appropriate areas in accordance with post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and/or local responders as needed.
• Complete detailed patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate observations and recommendations to the Allied Universal supervisor and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
