You will conduct routine patrols of common areas and perimeters, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to guest and tenant needs with clear communication and customer service. You will document observations, escalate concerns, and collaborate with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity while putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, tenant spaces as authorized, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, fire alarms, suspicious activity, and disturbances, and notify appropriate parties as needed.
• Monitor access points and lobby activity as assigned, help to manage visitor check-in and/or delivery processes, and help to enforce property rules while maintaining a professional presence.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate key updates during shift transitions, and use radios, phones, and monitoring systems to report irregular conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
