Security Officer - Unarmed Foot Patrol

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Foot Patrol in Stafford, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols of interior and exterior areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting. You will deliver professional customer service and clear communication while working with teammates and site contacts. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating notifications per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify suspicious conditions.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity and key operational areas, following access control procedures and reporting irregularities per site guidelines.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts, and support business continuity during disruptions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card and/or security license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
