This is a driving and armed post requiring an armed guard card/license and a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or operational concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calls for assistance, disputes, medical events, and property alarms.
• Control access where assigned by verifying credentials, directing visitors to appropriate locations, and monitoring for unauthorized entry, loitering, and/or suspicious behavior.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems and communicate timely updates to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
