9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., five days per week, with rotating weekends and holidays.
Job Summary
The Culinary Representative provides Culinary and Dietary support throughout the organization, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for all patients, caregivers, stakeholders, and guests. This role delivers an exceptional level of customer service and supports a positive experience within the facility. Responsibilities include handling cash transactions, serving food items, and maintaining and setting up the serving and dining areas.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Education
Experience
License / Certification / Permit
Food Handler's Permit as required by Illinois state
Certification from an ANSIaccredited food handler training program, or obtained within 30 days of employment (Required in IL)
ServeSafe certification preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail, organization, and timemanagement skills
Ability to adapt to changing conditions in a fastpaced environment
