Description We're looking for a Service Desk Analyst with 1-3 years of experience who enjoys helping people and solving problems. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for internal users, supporting a mix of hardware, software, and mobile devices. If you take pride in providing great customer service and can explain technical solutions in a clear, friendly way, you'll fit in well here. Responsibilities * Support users with computer hardware, software, and business applications * Help with mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices * Work within established SLAs and keep users informed throughout the process * Communicate technical information in an approachable, easytounderstand manner * Offer oneonone user training when someone needs a little extra guidance * Document and manage issues in the ticketing system * Recognize when an issue needs escalation and route it to the right support group Required Skills * Experience in a service desk or help desk environment * Strong troubleshooting abilities * Familiarity with ticketing systems * Active Directory (password resets, basic user administration) * Office 365 / Microsoft 365 support * Windows 11 and general Windows troubleshooting * Hardware and peripheral support * Microsoft Office and Outlook * A customerfirst approach Additional Qualifications * Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor * Ability to collaborate well with a team and support others when needed * Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities * Comfortable working with users of all technical levels Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of West Bend, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.90 - $20.90/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
