Description Handles assigned operational tasks and escalates issues as needed during periods of high workload or escalation-driven activity. Uses established processes and sound judgment to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision. Coordinates, prepares, and executes incoming and outgoing deliveries, including purchase order receiving and rack movement activities. Maintains accurate physical inventory tracking and staging, and completes inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and regulatory compliance tasks required for data center operations. Performs material handling, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management in alignment with standard procedures. Ensures precise documentation and staging of all inventory items. Follows all documented procedures and runbooks to securely destroy databearing devices (DBDs). Harvests critical server components-such as NICs, motherboards, DIMMs, and CPUs-ensuring correct tray placement and accurate documentation within Dynamics 365. Executes DBD shredding in accordance with security protocols, ensuring complete physical and logical destruction. Supports Asset Receiving Area (ARA) operations by receiving racks, scanning equipment, and preparing hardware for DBD removal, ITAD processing, component harvesting, or diagnostic testing. Prepares and prepacks assets for ITAD by scanning individual components across racks and pallets in Dynamics 365 to maintain full traceability. Processes outbound shipments by verifying rack and pallet accuracy, confirming carriers and seals, and following required safety practices for equipment movement. Manages and tracks consumable inventory, keeping counts accurate and ensuring material availability. Works closely with crossfunctional teams to support logistics, distribution, and racklevel operations while maintaining a clean, safe data center environment.
