Field Network Engineer Boingo Wireless is looking for a highly energetic and customer focused Wireless Network Engineer with comprehensive knowledge of IP-based network systems, including Ethernet and Wi-Fi. This is a hands-on role requiring technical savvy and experience working independently as the on-site field service technician, troubleshooter and customer interface. As our Field Engineer, you'll take charge of supporting networks used by thousands of travelers, concertgoers, and sports fans each day. You should be confident, have a strong work ethic, and have the skills and requirement listed below. Boingo maintains high-uptime SLA's. This role supports wireless networks in Chicago, and throughout the Midwest, including O'Hare and Midway International Airports, Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW), the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, and the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, among others. Responsibilities
