Manager, Information Technology - IT Applications

As the Manager of IT Applications, you will lead the teams responsible for designing, building, and supporting the enterprise applications that power daytoday business operations across the company. This includes the Corporate Resources suite, supporting areas such as Legal, Transportation, Public Policy, and other generaluse applications that help our employees work more efficiently and effectively. Your leadership ensures these systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with APS's mission to deliver safe, affordable, and sustainable energy. In this role, you will guide application enhancements, oversee new implementations, and help shape how technology enables longterm operational excellence. Your work strengthens internal processes, supports employees across the organization, and helps APS succeed together.

Major Accountabilities
1) Directs the delivery and maintenance of quality information and communication systems solutions to support PNW business processes that follow all I/S guidelines and architectures. Ensures client assistance and 7 day per week/24 hours a day support for operational systems consistent with Service Level Agreements and business processes are optimized. Ensures preferred technical architecture and business requirements are balanced to provide effective information and communication systems solutions, sound architecture, and cross-system integration objectives.
