World Fuel is looking for an energetic, customerfocused Retail Sales Support III to help strengthen our branded retail network. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, brand ambassador, and retail execution leader-working directly with our independent dealers to help them elevate their operations, strengthen brand image, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do As a Retail Sales Support III, you will play a critical role in supporting our branded retailers by: Retail Execution & Brand Compliance Delivering hands-on retail execution support and training using best practices. Ensuring branded image standards are met and consistently maintained. Conducting facility assessments and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Improving PMPS and branded image evaluation scores through proactive coaching. Customer Partnership & Influence Guiding retailers on improving storelevel execution and operational excellence. Encouraging retailers to adopt and fully leverage available marketing and promotional programs. Helping independent dealers enhance their retail mindset, customer focus, and longterm readiness. Business Implementation & Performance Executing business plans and ensuring deadlines are met. Managing the implementation of supplier promotions and branded credit card programs. Maintaining strong evaluation scores from both management and customers. What You Bring 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or retail support role. Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities. Comfortable working with diverse personalities and adapting to different environments. Willingness to travel frequently within your assigned market (approx. 50mile radius). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply). Experience in retail, sales, customer service, or field support roles. Background in energy, commercial, or industrial sectors is a plus. Why Join Us?
