About the Role

Join the exciting and dynamic world of our beauty client as an entry-level Supply Chain Associate. This is a 12-month paid opportunity designed for recent graduates who are eager to build foundational knowledge in supply chain operations within the beauty industry.

You will gain hands-on exposure to supply chain processes while working alongside a high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and gain visibility with senior leadership. If you enjoy solving complex problems, optimizing processes through technology, and working in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities



  • Support core supply chain functions including:


    • Inventory management

    • Forecasting and demand planning
    • Order management
    • Credit management
    • Product assembly coordination


  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Sales, and Logistics.
  • Assist with reporting, system updates, and supply chain analytics.
  • Contribute to special projects and team initiatives as assigned.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and propose innovative solutions.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (received within the past 12 months; recent graduates encouraged to apply).
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
  • Strong analytical skills (Engineering or technical degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:


    • Excel

    • Word
    • PowerPoint
    • Outlook


  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • High emotional intelligence and cross-cultural awareness.
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic and professionalism.
  • Customer-service mindset with sound judgment and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
  • Flexibility to commute between New York and New Jersey as needed.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure.
