Mustang Cat is hiring a Product Support Inside Sales Representative to drive the sale of parts and service solutions for Caterpillar equipment in the Houston area. This role is centered around supporting customers with equipment inspections, repair recommendations, and timely parts coordination-ensuring their machines perform at peak levels.


If you have experience in heavy equipment parts and service, and you enjoy helping customers solve problems and minimize downtime, this position offers an exciting opportunity to build lasting relationships and advance your career.



What You'll Do as an Inside Sales Representative - Product Support:


As a Product Support Sales Representative, you will be a trusted advisor to customers-evaluating their equipment needs, offering repair and service solutions, and promoting Mustang Cat's value as a CAT-authorized dealer. Responsibilities include:


* Serve as the customer's go-to resource for CAT parts and service support
* Conduct on-site equipment inspections and recommend repair strategies
* Drive sales of repair services, preventative maintenance, and parts packages
* Respond quickly to incoming leads and qualify new customers
* Establish and grow customer relationships with a focus on long-term support
* Collaborate with Mustang's service team to ensure smooth work order execution
* Achieve sales targets while providing solutions tailored to each operation

Requirements:


* College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or related field
(Equivalent work experience considered in lieu of a degree)
* 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment parts and service sales
* Strong communication and professional interpersonal skills
* Ability to identify customer needs and propose relevant service solutions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
* Sales negotiation and problem-solving skills



Strongly Preferred Experience:


* Bilingual - English/Spanish
* Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment and service systems
