Job Description: We are seeking a Product Designer to join Tria's Human Experience practice in support of design and research efforts for a digital product team delivering solutions for Federal government value-based care programs. This role contributes to integrating design into the software development lifecycle, helping ensure user needs are well understood and reflected in product decisions. Operating within a SAFe Agile framework, the Product Designer will collaborate with design leadership, product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to support discovery and design activities that strengthen roadmap decisions and delivery outcomes. This role is ideal for a designer who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, can scope and plan research with support, and is ready to independently execute research and design activities while growing their ability to own projects from end-to-end and contribute to broader strategic conversations.
