What You'll Do
Our Electric Operations Services (EOS) team is dedicated to delivering a positive customer experience and empowering all our New England Electric employees. The team manages critical customer connection projects, supports digital work execution, drives process improvements, and leads change management efforts - all while fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and productivity. This specific role will support the team as it relates to Data Analytics. As a Gridtern supporting the team's Data Analytics track, you will contribute to developing Power BI dashboards, Power Apps framework tools, machine learning and forecasting models, and workflow automations. You will also explore large language model (LLM) applications and support initiatives related to innovative digital and data solutions. You will be based in Worcester, MA working in a Hybrid format for the summer. You must reside within a commutable distance to the designated work location during this period. What You'll Need

Our Gridtern Program does not offer relocation, housing assistance, or public transportation reimbursement for Gridterns; however, we can provide a list of resources to utilize in making your arrangements. Please note that as a Gridtern, you must reside within our existing footprint, which includes Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, and Vermont. You must also reside within a reasonable, commutable distance to your assigned primary office. Applications close on Sunday, March 8, 2026.
